Please note these lines are NOT available in my members area,
they will only be available to those who purchase them.

Terms Of Use

All lines purchased here are ©Mistys Getaway
You may not share these lines with anyone else.
Tubing IS allowed but NO ALTERING of the line itself.
You may not change the lines and claim them as your own.
You can not write tutorial on the lineart.
You may offer them in your members area (password protected) AS-IS but you CANNOT resell them AS-IS.
They must be colored in order to resell them.
Please note, you may see my lines maybe in color, this does NOT mean they are shaded, please DO NOT sell or offer as graphics as they are as that would be offering my lineart as is and that is against my terms, I only do my lines in color to make it easier for you to see what is what, so please be sure to respect that, you still need to shade even though lines are in color.
You may NOT offer Dolls as bases only, meaning...
they must be fully clothed.
Your members are allowed to tube them if they hold YOUR tubing license but they are not allowed to offer or resell them AS IS.
I will be keeping track of who purchases them.
You may make Sig Tags, Web sets, Email Stats, etc...with a "finished" images - Fully colored!
You may copy heads on bases "IF" I have supplied them, but the heads are ONLY to be used strictly for that character only, they may NEVER be used for any other graphic in any way at all.
You may not put anyone elses heads etc on my bases,these are stricty to be used as mine ONLY.
I will supply you with an "As Is" license, which will have to be displayed on your site.

I reserve the right to change/ammend these Terms Of Use if it becomes necessary.


AS-IS Tube Packs

You may use them to make Sig Tags, Web sets, Email Stats, etc,
as well as place them inside your member's area (password protected areas only)
for your members to use. Your members are welcome to use these, per your terms of use.
You may not draw your own outlines to go with them, such as clothing, hair etc.
except for personal use, where applicable. You may not re-sell them,
or place them in a public access area that is not password protected!
There is no altering allowed.
You may NOT edit what is already in pack.
You may not share and give away these tubes to friends,
they will only be available to those who purchase them (one site only).
I will supply you with an "As Is" license, which will have to be displayed on your site.
